Bait Alshaar for General Contracting and Maintenance (BSC) is a company specialized in building construction and general maintenance contracting in Abu Dhabi. Since our establishment in 2010, we have successfully executed and completed several projects, most notably the completion of the construction of two large mosques with the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Abu Dhabi. We also provide high quality of maintenance work for more than six residential & commercial complexes and private villas. In addition to the trust we have gained as we always strive to provide the highest levels of quality, we do our best to introduce innovation into our processes in order to bring the latest technologies and means to our valued customers. Our previous achievements and our steady expansion have significantly improved our capabilities, which, thanks to Allah, has resulted in granting us the fourth category in the contractors' classification system. Since building solid relationships highly contributes to the success of our projects, we have ensured a close communication culture with our customers and suppliers in order to gain the trust of all. This has enabled us to achieve outstanding accuracy in our projects and we were able to deliver them on time.   BSC is certain that no amount of profit, nor any time saved can replace an employee or a subcontractor.
